Kindness@Work

The Kindness@Work programme is an initiative aimed at creating a happier, more gracious workplace environment in organisations. It involves putting the 3 pillars of graciousness – consideration, courtesy & gratitude – into action at the workplace.

Kindness to oneself, to colleagues, and to the community creates a healthier and happier workforce which improves productivity and employee engagement. Kindness matters not just at the societal level, but also to every individual. What better place to start than where we spend most of our waking hours – at the workplace?

Kickstart your Kindness@Work programme today by measuring the Kindness Index within your organisation here.
  • – Identify key areas in which kindness and graciousness may be improved within the organisation
  • – Receive quantitative and qualitative feedback from staff on creating a happier, more gracious workplace
  • – Contribute to staff engagement and fulfilment as well as to the larger society in Singapore.
