As we welcome 2010 many of us wish for a better year for ourselves and our loved ones. One little way we can do this is to be kinder.
As a resolution, “Be kinder” may be challenging, but it is not that difficult if we learn to relate it to everyday situations.
Want to be kinder to yourself? Start by giving yourself more time for relaxation. If you want to be kinder to others, try something simple like being punctual or smiling more.
If you look carefully at our surroundings and the people around, you will find countless opportunities to be kind!
