Spread some kindness this Christmas

Staff from the Singapore Kindness Movement arranging their mascot Singa the Lion and adding finishing touches to their Christmas tree at the Botanic Gardens. The tropical tree is adorned with a smiling daisy and a list of good deeds. The 1.7m-tall tree is part of the National Parks Board’s “Trees of the World” event to celebrate Christmas. National Development Minister Khaw Boon Wan will attend the official light-up of the 300 trees adopted by various embassies and organisations today at 7pm. The Singapore Lyric Opera Children’s Choir will also be performing.
